By virtue of the provisions of °The Crown Lands Consolidation Act, 1886 ," section 6, part (a), I, the Governor , do hereby dedicate, as reserves for public cemeteries to be vested in the district council of Meningie , the Crown lands described in the schedule hereto.
THE SCHEDULE REFERRED TO
Bedford Cemetery.- Commencing at the south-west corner of section 61, hundred of Coolinong ; thence southerly at right angles with the southern boundary of said section for 14 chains ; thence easterly at right angles for 265 links to the north-western side of road north-west of section 62 ; thence north-easterly along said side of road for 1,467 links ; thence westerly at an angle of 43° for 335 links ; thence northerly at right angles for 400 links to the south-east corner of section 61 ;
thence westerly along the southern boundary of said section for 10 chains to the point of commencement.
Given under my band and the public seal of the said province at Adelaide, this sixteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hUndred and eighty-eight, and in the fifty-second year of Her Majesty's reign.
