Bute Cemetery

By virtue of "The Crown Lands Consolidatin Act 1886" I, the Governor, do hereby proclaim that the Crown lands described in
'the schedule hereto shall, from the date hereof, be dedicated as a site for the interment of the dead, to be called the Public Cemetery of Bute.
THE SCHEDULE REFERRED TO.
Comprising all that portion of the hundred of Wiltunga, bounded on the north by portion of the southern boundary of section 279, the southern boundary of section 280, and its production westerly to the eastern boundary of section 15 ; on the west by portion of the eastern boundary of said section ; on the south by portion of the northern western side of road north-west of the Kadina and Snowtown railway line ; and on the east by the western boundary of section 277.
Given under my hand and the public seal of the said province, at Adelaide, this eleventh day of January, in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight, and in the fifty-first year of Her Majesty's reign.
