By virtue of the provisions of Act No. 19 of 1862, intituled " An Act for the regulation of Cemeteries," I, the Governor, with the
advice of the Executive Council, do hereby order, direct, and proclaim that all that portion of allotment 40, part of section 5125, hundred of Onkaparinga, bounded as follows:—Commencing at a point on the north boundary of allotment 36, about 252|ft. east from its north-west corner; thence norh passing along the east side of the Lutheran Church for 1461ft.; thence north 14° east for about 29ft. to the south side of Occupation-road on the south side of allotment 41 ; thence east along
south side of said road tor 31ft|ft. ; thence south 1° 30' west for about 176ft. to the north side of allotment 36; thence westerly along north side of said allotment to the point of commencement—now and lately known and used as a cemetery there, called the Vineyard of Christ, situate at Lobethal, shall, from the date hereof, be totally closed and cease to be used as a cemetery : And I further proclaim, order, and direct that all that piece of land comprising the whole of allotments 60 and
61, township of Lobethal, being part section 5124, hundred of Onkaparinga, and bounded on the north by the southern side of road south of allotment 75, on the east by allotments 58 and 69, on the south by allotment 57, and on the west by allotment 62, now or lately used as a cemetery at Lobethal aforesaid, and called the St. Paul's Church Cemetery, shall, from the date hereof, be totally closed and cease to be used as a cemetery—saving, nevertheless, the rights of allrpersons who may
have acquired a portion of either of jthe said cemeteries for a vault or grave to bury any member of their respective families therein.
Given under my hand and the public seal of the said province, at Adelaide, this seventh day of July in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, and in the fiftieth year of Her Majesty's reign.
